Everything on one site, a few minutes from the edge of the Ashdown Forest. No waiting for the arena, no rota for turnout. The hacking starts at the gate: twenty minutes round the lanes, or half a day out on the Forest if you have one.
One yard, one standard. Feeds made up the night before. Rugs changed with the weather, not the calendar. Owners kept in the loop with a message, not an app. Come and see for yourself on an ordinary morning.
